Horses, by their very nature, touch our spirits with their beauty, freedom, courage, power and heart. Horses hearts are five times the size of ours, and research shows that they emit an electromagnetic field that can directly influence our heart, syncing us into a more coherent heartbeat. When you are in a coherent state, your thoughts and emotions are balanced, and you experience peace and inner harmony.
There is a uniting force within meditation circles to sit in nature and reflect, to listen, to be in community, grounded, at one with all of life in the presence of a herd of intuitive horses.
Surrounded by peaceful mountains and the beauty of nature, we will explore heart centered mindfulness meditation guided by a herd of horses, whose presence and energy brings our awareness to the place of pure potentiality within. These transformational experiences take place on a beautiful private ranch in Ojai Valley.
Natascha and Melissa intuitively sync with the energy of the herd and facilitate a healing circle giving the horses the opportunity to also work energetically on the participants in the energy field of the heart. Natascha creates a peaceful sound scape in tandem with nature, with specific instruments, vocal tones, and sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
Participants ground into a harmonious atmosphere in which to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release, thus accessing deeper levels of inner wisdom and healing. With awareness focused deep into the heart center, you will be guided into listening from your heart and becoming aware of the messages your heart is sending you. ❤️ This experience is deeply restorative and helps us recharge our senses, wisdom and inner guidance.
Mindfulness meditation is based on bringing forth an increased awareness and acceptance of living in the present moment. In mindfulness meditation, you broaden your conscious awareness focusing on the flow of your breath and the rhythm of your heartbeat.

No Experience with Horses?
No problem! No prior horse experience is necessary and no horse riding is involved. Melissa and Natascha have years of professional experience with horses and will gently and safely guide participants at their personal level of comfort. There will also be an opportunity to connect and work with the horses one on one during the workshops.
