Equine Partnered Healing and Meditation

Natascha has an equine partnered energy healing and meditation practice in Ojai, California, working in partnership with her horses to support emotional and physical balance and healing, nervous-system regulation, and heart-centered awareness.

Horses are highly sensitive and intuitive and naturally respond to human emotions, energy, and align with our heart rhythms. Their presence helps clients slow down, become more present and aware in their bodies, and gently return to a more regulated, coherent state.

Sessions may include Reiki energy healing, sound therapy, and guided meditation inspired by HeartMath principles, with a focus on breath, heart coherence, and connection. Many clients experience deep relaxation, increased clarity, and a stronger sense of connection—to themselves, the horses, and the natural world.

This work is transformational, grounding and supportive, offering a gentle nurturing space for stress relief, emotional healing, and self-awareness through the unique heart connection & partnership between humans, horses and nature.
